Reply, reply all, and forward email

Open a received or sent message to continue the conversation. The selected action determines which recipients and subject are prepared in the composer.

Choose the response

• Reply addresses the original sender.
• Reply all includes the sender and the other supported recipients while avoiding duplicate addresses.
• Forward starts a new recipient list and carries the message context forward.

Review To and Cc before sending, especially when the original message contains your own address or repeated recipients. The quoted body and subject can be edited, and the result may be saved as a draft before delivery.
