Shipment-Level Emissions (iLEAP)
Calculate and format per-shipment GHG emissions data following the iLEAP (Integrating Logistics Emissions and PCFs) Technical Specification, Smart Freight Centre / SINE Foundation's open, GitHub-published data model built on GLEC Framework v3.2 / ISO 14083:2023 foundations for exchanging SINGLE-SHIPMENT emissions data between logistics parties (shipper, forwarder, carrier). This is distinct from Formist's `iso14083` skill, which produces an annual/aggregate SFC CAS Emissions Report. This skill operates at the level of one shipment or one Transport Chain Element, the shape a freight forwarder's own shipment list or a customer's per-shipment Scope 3 request actually needs. Use this skill whenever the user gives you a list of individual shipments (origin, destination, weight, mode) and wants per-shipment emissions, mentions iLEAP, Transport Chain Element, PCF data exchange for logistics, or needs to answer a customer's per-shipment carbon footprint request rather than an annual inventory. It never calculates vessel-level CII, EEXI, or FuelEU Maritime compliance; route those to `imo-shipping`.

What you'll get
JSON records, one per shipment, in the iLEAP ShipmentFootprint/TCE shape (Transport Operation Category per leg, well-to-wake/tank-to-wake split, activity data and factor citation per leg), summable into a shipment list total
Excel summary, one row per shipment, with mode, distance, mass, emission factor source and resulting CO2e, plus a total row
Based on official standards
How it works
Commercial invoices, supplier data, production records, in any format or language.
The AI guides you through missing data, validates inputs, and clarifies methodology in real time.
Each field cites the source document it came from, in the conversation. Edit, approve, or re-upload as needed.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from Formist's iso14083 skill?
iso14083 produces an annual or aggregate SFC CAS Emissions Report. This skill operates at the level of one shipment or one Transport Chain Element, the shape a freight forwarder's own shipment list or a customer's per-shipment Scope 3 request actually needs.
What data model does it use?
The iLEAP (Integrating Logistics Emissions and PCFs) Technical Specification, Smart Freight Centre / SINE Foundation's open, GitHub-published data model, built on GLEC Framework v3.2 / ISO 14083:2023 foundations.
Does it calculate vessel-level compliance like CII or EEXI?
No. It never calculates vessel-level CII, EEXI or FuelEU Maritime compliance; that belongs to Formist's imo-shipping skill.
Who exchanges this data?
Logistics parties exchanging single-shipment emissions data between each other: shipper, forwarder and carrier.

Calculate and report greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from transport chain operations in compliance with ISO 14083:2023. Use this skill whenever the user mentions ISO 14083, logistics emissions, freight carbon footprint, transport chain GHG, GLEC Framework, CountEmissionsEU, Scope 3 transport emissions, WTT/TTW emissions, or needs to calculate CO₂e for shipping, trucking, rail, air freight, or multimodal supply chains.
